This file is most likely a Trojan Horse or a file transfer protocol meant to steal information on your finances..  OR your Paypal.com Password and Identity on Paypal.com..
IF you downloaded this file immediately run a Virus Scan and find and delete the file. Change your password, or get your money out of Paypal.com until you are positive you have removed all traces of the file.. OH and again, PAYPAL will not send you anything to download. They will ask you to log in and download if there is a new file. They will not send it to you in an insecure email. That is NOT PROFESSIONAL. PAYPAL will not do it.

  This is a very clever attempt. It uses past problems with Paypal.com email security, but incorporates a dangerous file as the answer. PAYPAL will not send you anything to download or to click on. ALWAYS go TO PAYPAL by typing in the domain name and then log in.
