Analysis
Rating: This one again depends on you not looking at the link.
Paypal.com will NEVER EVER ask you for a password. No reason EVER unless you are on their site.  Probem is that if you click the link it will LOOK like their site and it is not..

PayPal info <service@paypal.com> It is easy to fake an email address. NEVER trust the address on an email.

We recently reviewed your account, and we need more information about your business to allow us to provide uninterrupted service. Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We would like to restore your access as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

  • We have reason to believe that your account was accessed by a third party. Because protecting the security of your account is our primary concern, we have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features. We understand that this may be an inconvenience but please understand that this temporary limitation is for your protection.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-136-124-102.)

How can I restore my account access?

Please visit the Resolution Center and complete the steps to remove limitations.
Put your cursor on this link it will say:www.sapiens.lv/ Then some Paypal addresses...
THAT IS NOT PAYPAL.. Always look at any link CLOSELY.. better yet NEVER click a link in a Paypal.com email. Go directly to the website. There any problems will be pointed out upon your entering your password on Paypal.com

Completing all of the checklist items will automatically restore your account access.

This one also depends on your not looking at the link for the log in.. It will look like the Paypal.com website, it will be a direct copy of that site. However when you enter your password you will be giving it to a thief who will most likely send himself money from your account. Paypal.com is good at detecting some fraud, but if they have your password they can cut you off from your account and make you spend time getting a new password. This kind of scam depends on you to log in and give it and then THINK you have fixed things. Money from Paypal.com takes 2 to 4 days to be transferred unless they are cutting a check. CHECK your account daily, and remember NEVER click on a link in an email.
