Analysis:
Dangerous. This one uses a genuine logo, now redacted.. and
links that appear to be real, however AGAIN, if you have read this
site before.. IF you put your cursor over the link the address is
NOT for Wachovia Bank. NEVER click on a link in an Email from a
financial institution. The SAFEST thing is to type the address in
and then save it to your favorites.. if you do not want to type it
in regularly.
This particular email link goes to a site called
hellsingheaven.com which has quite a few weird references to
it in Google, and has a clear security ranking by McAffee on Google.
IT may be that this site is a server and someone using it is the
culprit. IF you gave info to this site, then you need to get Life
Lock or some other security monitoring on your accounts and notify
your bank ASAP. Your bank info could be used to empty your accounts.
