Evaluation of the Scam:
I have to give this guy some credit.  Still the end result is that you have been invited to receive money being stolen. IF ITS ILLEGAL its too good to be true. What part of that do you not get? This is the second Hang Seng Bank Letter I have recieved.

I have a business proposal in the tune of $19.5m, after the successful transfer, we shall share in ratio of 30% for you and 70% for me.
