Rating: The IRS is a government agency. So is the post office. THE IRS does NOT use EMail to notify taxpayers of squat. Think about it? Why would a government agency use Email and not the Postal Service? Government Unions support other government unions. 
OK end of my stumping.. The IRS is not going to deal with you in any way shape or form by email. PERIOD. NOT GONNA HAPPEN they will tell you this as well. So if you got this email and then
