Analysis Rating: This one again depends on you not looking at the link, and not knowing that the IRS does not USE EMAIL to notify you of Tax Refund Problems. Look folks they are a government agency. They do not use FREE stuff, they use OTHER government agencies and spend money to notify you, in this case if you were really owed more money they would have notified you by letter through the US Postal Service. They support OTHER government employees this way by sending letters that you have to pay for in tax money. GET IT! Yeah I know a bit pessimistic of me.. but somewhat true. One government Union is going to support other Government Unions by using their services. EMAIL will subvert that.. Still the IRS does not use EMAIL. Put your cursor on the link and you get an AOL redirect. NO they are not going to pay AOL to redirect to Forum.ticalcs.net and then to the IRS.. After the last annual
