Rating: This one again depends on you not looking at the link, and not knowing that the IRS does not USE EMAIL to notify you of Tax Refund Problems. I assume the page that you go to will either download a virus or ask you for your SS # with which your identity can be stolen. NEVER click a link IN AN EMAIL. EVER.
